-
- Personal
- They can enter the Personal Information
-
- Earnings Summary

- and Taxes.

- bid, as well as provide them with an automated way to display the proper
- payroll tax deductions.
-

-
- Use this choice to enter the Billing Rate and the Hours generally worked in the
- designated work period. For example 40 hours for a week, or 80 hours for a
- bi-weekly period.
-
-
- ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7. Help for Entering Personal Information ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
-
- Use this choice to enter Personal Information such as Monthly insurance premium
- paid, Wage factor. (How much money that is billed will you take out to pay
- wages, the rest will be used for paying expenses or saved for bonus
- distribution.)
-
- For example if you billed $100.00 per hour and you were going to use 80% of
- that money for your salary, look down at the lower right corner of the Earnings
- Summary to see how much money per month you would have left over for other
- expenses. If that number is negative, than you are taking out too much for
- salary.
-
- Better give yourself a PayCut !!!
-

- This option requires only one action from the user as far as input. That is
- either a Hit of the enter key, or a mouse click on the Ok Button.
-
- However, this is the whole strength behind WAGES.
-
- The Display feature will show the distribution of monies, including the actual
- Paycheck amount. It will also give the amounts in monthly as well as annual
- distribution.
-
- A real nice feature can be found under the Employer Balance section at the
- lower right corner. This will show you how much money you will have left over
- each month after all distributions are made.
-
- If the number is negative, then you are taking too much out for your salary.
- You better reduce your salary rate. (See Entry Wages...).
